The Internet is a worldwide super-network used to access publicly available computers. The Internet is composed of thousands of smaller telecommunications and computernetworks all around the world that have agreed to connect and communicate with each other and transfer data between each other. There is no International Law mandating the Internet's existence nor any government or other body solely responsible for governing or policing the Internet.

When an Internet provider tells you "WE ARE the Internet", its a lie.
